4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via Canada Post.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. & Canada: 7-10 business days

    • International (Outside U.S. & Canada): 10-15 business days

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal nature of waist beads, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened.

  • Any return or exchange requests are subject to the vendor's discretion and must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
